Okay, so I felt inspired by a recent discussion regarding Babelfish and translation, so here's a fairly....unique challenge.
Write a poem, using Babelfish!
Ie/ Write a couple of sentences (not necessarily poetic in the slightest,) run them through as many languages as you wish, and then arrange as many results as you like in a way that seems (at least vaguely) poetic!
For example, here's one I used several languages for, and chose the best results from several different sentences:
The blue interpellation of deeply sky
Brings me for curious
I seek the ground
To ask the number without words
Interpellation of the sky this way
Deeply curious to me
It really needs a name.
*Babelfish*
The Amazingly Deep Blue Sky
Wow, that was surprisingly coherent.
Good challenge, or worst idea yet? Babelfish is to blame, I say!
