- Material: We all turn in a short story or poems or whatever writing.
- Limits: Total material is bound to a maximum of (about)10 pages a person. That is around 7000 words at TNR .12
- Costs: No obligation to buy when you contribute. I will make a free downloadable .pdf file (You will have to register at the site.) and an version that is available for printing. We now have 11 contributors so the book will be about 135 pages. Production costs will then be €10.29 without shipping. (at 15.593cm x 23.389cm which is roughly 6"x9")
- Editing: An editor will be required to make sure the printed version is without errors. The Lady of Darkness has volunteered for this.
- Copyright: You will of course all keep the copyright over your work. A copyright note will be placed inside both versions.
- Publishers: We send the whole thing to a publisher and will (hopefully) get accepted
- E-mail: seventhsanctumbookproject@gmail.com
- Deadline: 30/06/2009 (30 June 2009)
- Cover: We don't have a cover yet. Some ideas were mentioned but nothing really concrete has come out of it.
- Foreword: As decided unanimously, X will be asked to write the foreword. I'll send him a message about it and will supply him with the material needed.
- Title: We'll need a title for the book. Suggestions are welcome.
Optional:
- A short bio of every writer, placed on the first page of his/her chapter. This could be written by one of the other forum members?!
- Themes: You can use a theme inside your writing and you can work together with other writers within one theme. Please mention the connection when you send in your contributions.
- Digest version: Instead of just the 6"x9"version, I could also make a so called 'digest' version. This would be printed on slightly inferior paper but would cut costs to around €3,-. The catch is that it is printed in the US and, according to lulu, would be more expensive than a 'regular' book regarding shipping for buyers outside the US. Since the pages are smaller, you should stick to the original limit of 10 pages at 6"x9".
