I was writting a story and I came to a part where I really wanted to add in a riddle. Something really goofy yet profound. then I thought the best way to do
that would probably be with a random generator. I checked everywhere for one but havent been able to find one. So I made up a template for how one might look.
X,Y,Z = a + noun (ex. a dog, a knight)
A = adjectives (ex. fast, small, strong)
V1, V2, V3 = verb (ex. run, walk, fight)
when is (X) (not) (Y)?
what is (not) (X) and (not) (Y) [but (not) (Z)]?
would only (X) thats (A) be (Y)?
If you were (X) who would be (Y)?
If (X) were (not) (Y) what would that make you?
if (X) were (not) (Y) would that make you (not) (Z)?
if (X) [and (Y)] were (not) to (V1) what would you do?
if (X) [and (Y)] were (not) to (V1) would you (V2)?
if you were to (V1) would (X) (V1)?
how many times does (X) need to (V1) for (Y) to (V2)?
how long does it take (X) to (V1)?
when does (X) (V1)?
If (X) was to (V1) then would (Y)?
If (X) is (Y) then what is (Z)?
If to (V1) is to (V2) then what is it to (V3)?
how could (X) (V1) (A)?
why would (X) and/or (Y) (not) (V1) [but (Z) (not) (V2)]?
I probably havent covered all of the possible sentance types but if you can think of any post them. Im sure it could come up with some funny/interesting riddles.
