I like how this missle base listing is on eBay. You really CAN find anything on the internet.

I guess I can loan like $100,000 out of my college fund as long as I get to be head of security and get all kinds of cool gadgetry.........actually I'll loan all my money from past, present, and future which would be $999,999.99 that's coming out of my future kids college funds too, and their future kids too
edit- oh and only if we can get a couple people to do graffiti in it even more then the already is, and maybe put a night club in it and do our plotting in the most explosive-proof section and hire a Mercinary Q |

The fact that it's ONLY 1.5 million is really interesting to me. Down here in San Diego, a typical house (3 bedroom, 2 story, no yard) costs almost 500k. I know people personally who could afford that down payment, it'd be coming up with the rest of it in 3 years... Though frankly, allowing people to pay for spots IN it would do that pretty quick.
Why they aren't just subletting it, I dunno. It is awesome in a shell though. |

Wow. If we were collectively rich enough to buy that, we might have enough left over to live opulently off interest and investments. We could just disappear into fantasy... *sigh*
Of course, remodelling and graffiti removal might be nice... and I love the big dome - we could recreate Nero's Domus Aurea!!!! |

We could recreate a ton of stuff in that underground base. I definitely think that one of the launch pads could be reworked into a zeppelin mooring-place, given a little above-ground renovation.

It's only GBP 719K - Should have about that much in a couple of years, Boss. And it looks like a proper Evil Genius' base. Have you got the scar, the eyepatch and the fluffy white cat? I can provide those almost immediately if not.
Also this means that the one being sold on missilebases.com in NY is more expensive but comes with LESS! It's the ATLAS-F site, with the picture. It does come with its own runway and is capable of withstanding nuclear bombs, but we can build and reinforce one of those anyway. Things we need: An army of ninjas - No, wait. An army of telepathic cyborg ninja swans that can interface with electronic devices! Tiny ventilation ducts. Some actual missiles. |
