It was a pretty simple language/name/word generator and would probably be very easy to recreate if I knew any programming languages.
It was a windows program with a fairly streamlined interface, allowing you to define lists of letters and letter groups, and patters with which those lists would be combined. I've found a couple Javascript and PHP programs that will allow you to do this, but the program I am thinking of made it easy to edit everything from within the program instead of having to edit and save seperate files.
I also seem to recall, vaguely, that it included example sets of letter lists and word patterns for languages such as elvish, dwarvish, Tolkein, Welsh, and nonsense English words.
Does anyone know what program I am thinking of? I thought the name might have been something like "LangMaker" or "WordMaker" or something similar, but Googling those will turn up programs similar to but exactly not the particular one I'm looking for.
