Not sure if the blogger even really understands what "fun", "funny" or "entertaining" are... I just watched Sky Captain - it was
a good flick, fun, entertaining. In no way would I ever confuse it for "hard science fiction" of any flavor. It was what it was. They're
apparently of the opinion that camp has no place outside itself, and that it must never taint any genre... weird. Because without a little tongue in cheek....
sci fi is boring as hell.
