I really, really, really want to shop at LA's new Echo Park Time Travel Mart.

Sweet baby Jesus, that is the bestest thing in the history of ever.
I could go for a time-freezy hyper slushie right about now.
I believe in aristocracy - if that is the right word and if a democrat may use it. Not an aristocracy of power, based on rank and influence,
but an aristocracy of the sensitive, the considerate, and the plucky. Its members are to be found in all nations and all classes, and through the ages, and
there is a secret understanding between them when they meet. They represent the true human tradition, the one permanent victory of our queer race over
cruelty and chaos.
- E. M. Forster

I hope that a future version of myself opened that store. Everything we do is a choice. Oatmeal or cereal, highway or side streets, kiss her or keep her, we
make choices and we live with the consequences. If someone gets hurt along the way we ask for forgiveness, it's the best anyone can do.

Eh, it wasn't all it'll have been cracked up to be. I know. I just got back from there next week.

Well, that's understandable - you should have gone in 2019, when they'll renovate after suddenly and inexplicably coming across a ridiculously large
quantity of Spanish doubloons and portable fusion reactors under a tarp in the back room.
If anyone asks, I've got nothing to do with it. Yet. "Kidnapping Nubile Victorian Ladies Since 1867" |

Yeah I saw that the other day. I'm very, very tempted to go there. I live in San Diego, but I really hate driving through LA for any reason. It's a
pit... so if only there was a way it could go on the road....
I like their mugs. And I really wish that the photos showed who was on that wall of "famous" time traveling visitors! |

I think those are actually the Employees of the Month - same difference, though, really.

This Employee of the 'Month' concept amuses me.
I've just realised, our A level Film Studies class takes a trip to L.A. every second year, so last year I'll be able to go! I might have to go to the Superhero Supply Shop (run by the same company, incidentally) as well. |

I think my future self made up something about a paradox to try and get me to go there. Well, it worked.
