I don' know if you've ever been here, but it's a great site about writing science fiction and fantasy. Even if you don't write scifi or fantasy, it'll still help you with something. It basically leads you through the whole process. It's actually very useful. You should read the whole thing. It might take awhile, but it'll help. And if it doesn't, you can return it for your money back!

Oh yeah, it leads you through the whole planning process, which is something I'm bad at so it'll probably help with that too.
