THIS CONTEST IS OPEN FROM January 1st, 2007 to March 15th, 2007, Midnight EST
Your Challenge: As Many Generators as possible!
Here's how it works:
Your goal is simple - use as many original generators as possible. In other words ALL generators except those that deal with pre-existing movies, books, shows (in other words, those that are in or exclusively in the Media section are the only ones disallowed). Any generators that are added during the contest or modified during the contest are fair game. If any generator is modified during the contest, you may use results from before or after the modification.
You must use at least three different generators. You may use any generator multiple times, as long as there are at least three unique generators used for the picture.
Your goal is to take all the results from the generators you've chosen, and combine them into a a coherent picture - any form you desire, be it a simple picture, a fake magazine cover, a made-up movie poser, or more. The major goal is to ensure that all your different results make one coherent whole - it just may be an odd, weird, fantastic, or hilarious whole!
You will be judged on a balance of how many generators you managed to use versus how coherent a picture you produced with them, how challenging the generators are to use, and the imagination used in the final result.
When you enter:
* When you submit your entry, please note which generators you used and submit a short description of the piece.
* If you take art comissions, note it in your post to the contest, and provide a link for a preferred method of contact - such as a deviantart profile page, your own web page, etc. A '(Takes Comissions)' link will be provided to that link. A link from the entries page will be provided, in order to let people know your services are available.
Rules:
* You may make up to two entries. The entries may use any generators, but if they use some or all of the same generators, each must use different results from the shared generators.
* You may submit "for fun" entries as many times as you want. These are entries entered with no goal of them being judged, but to share with others. You may swap "for fun" and official entries at any time.
* You may use ANY medium as long as you can eventually put it on the web as an image - painting, CGI, cosplay, sculpture, baked goods, etc.
* You are responsible for hosting your entry in an image format at your own site, deviantart, photobucket, or another such place etc. Direct submissions of art will be rejected in most cases. If your entry has nudity, you are responsible for warnings or proper classifications on the storage site. It is reccomended you post generator results at your hosting site so people can judge how well you followed them.
* Keep things within reasonable good taste. Nudity will be accompanied with a warning on this site as well.
* Entries must be made specifically for this contest - previous entries or other generator-driven art may not be used.
To Submit: You may submit your creation in one of several ways:
