Edit: Actually, I'll amend that. Comic book writers might be a good pick. I'm not a particular fan of comics, but details on how to pace for a comic, and on storyboarding etc. could be interesting at a convention. But seriously, games industry people (CCG/Board and videogame likewise) would be interesting to meet.
