Hilohello, perhaps you could make fairly empty "shell" maps of all the continents, and then fill them in when the major nations have been placed and filled out some?

Considering the geography, they're probably the remnants of an ancient society in the north-west third of Nova.

Which was probably the FIRST thing taken over by Nherru.

I think I was originally planning them as something to do with the Cicazl, and thus probably in the Acara desert, but I think I like aitch-squared's placement better. Not sure on the details of them, though, so feel free to fill them in with whatever ideas you've got.

That's more or less how I imagined the continent was laid out.
Does anyone actually know what the Idols of Que Xotl are?

Awesome! Not being an expert on Nova's geography, I can't comment on the accuracy, 'cause I have no clue - but I love the idol and the eyeball compass rose.

Well, see, there's a very good reason I haven't done anything about that. I moved downstairs back in September and simultaneously switched from the old G5 to a Macbook, and sadly I think both the script and my original sketch slipped through the metaphorical cracks. I am filled with shame.

I said I'd do it. And I did. Well, I did two, and they're not exactly perfect (the one isn't even finished, and I already know it needs more stuff added that I didn't know about before, not to mention that the sizing is ...off...) but hey, it's the thought that counts, right?

Well, okay, with things like this, it's the product that counts, but at least it's something.
