A Poetic Commitment

I've never been exceptionally organised, but to keep myself going creatively during what was an exceptionally rough year I did the unthinkable and committed myself to writing a blog. I've kept it going for over two months now, and while some of it is quite shabby, there are a few posts that I am quite proud of, especially my more recent efforts.

In any case, if you have time to kill and want to read some amateur poetry/rants/miscellanea, perhaps you'll have a look....

Please provide good feedback. If your wondering at the rolls my cohort and I played in this, I wrote up the story and plot/characters. He used his grammar nazi skills to edit it and fiddled with the wording to make it sound pretty.

Long time visitor of the Sanctum, first time poster to the forum.

Here's my most recent story, with the main character's name taken from the Quick Character Namer and the villain's names taken from the Angel/Demon Namer. Someone said using these names detracted from the story, because they were hard to pronounce. You decide.

It's not professional and I'm doing it for the fun of the hobby(but hell if it gets published more power, right ) It's written a little different as there is a story in a narrative and switches to journal entries. The journal entries are Allie, Janis' daughter, but that will all be explained when the story breathes more.
the story is called Velcro and it's a little graphic involving the rape of a minor.

I'm in a creative writing class that is making me cry. Everyone is so depressing in there. So I wrote this to make someone smile at least. But, seriously, what do people think? I can't trust my class to get their heads out of their butts long enough to tell me something helpful, so I'm submitting for discussion and abuse here.

I woke up to a zombie drooling on my face, which, on the whole, is not a good way to start the day.

Three Stories

Hi. I'm looking for some criticism for three stories that I'm writing (located at gepetto887.deviantart.com). One, Kingslayer, is finished, Fleeing Winter is maybe third of the way through, and A Song for a Goat is my current project, due to writer's block for Fleeing Winter. I'm mainly looking for critiques for Kingslayer, since I'm hoping to send that out to a publisher soon, and then A Song for a Goat.
